One of the biggest issues for me to overcome in my weight loss journey has been snacking urges and cravings. Working in an office, there are treats to celebrate birthdays, retirements, anniversaries, project completions, project beginnings and everything in between (they like to celebrate, particularly with cake!). Being surrounded by treats day after day is hard enough, but add to that the post-lunch lurch where you need a “pick me up” and grabbing a slice of cake to satisfy the sugar desires and tiredness is just too easy. Belight natural tea blend is a way to battle those craving urges and improve your energy, naturally. I received a box of Belight tea pyramids in exchange for my honest opinion.
What did I think?
I have tried different types of teas and so-called diet drinks to help curb my afternoon snack-attack to no avail. I was not exactly holding out hope for Belight, but figured I would give it a go. I started by drinking cup in the morning and then having a second cup in the afternoon. Now, a box (12 pyramids) of Belight is $17.99 on their website (but be sure to check Amazon, too for deals – as of today January 20, 2014 it is just $12.99!), which at first blush seems like a lot, however, each pyramid is good for 2-3 cups of tea; I chose to reuse the pyramid for my second cup of tea and on some days, made a third, albeit weaker, cup when I felt I needed it. By doing this, I extended the use and about 30 cups of tea for that price.
The first day I tried it, I worked through the afternoon, with only a slight thought to my afternoon snack and more out of habit than need. By day three, my evening drive home was significantly easier and I felt more alert. At this point, I was feeling excited about how Belight could help me in my day-to-day dieting challenges. The most exciting side effect was how it helped my digestive tract. By eating more leafy green vegetables and beans as part of my diet, I had increased bloating and gas. The Belight natural tea helped relieve those symptoms!
If you are looking for an all-natural way to reduce cravings, increase energy and improve your digestive health, I recommend Belight natural tea blends. This unique mix of Pu-erh and other herbs is calming, effective, and with just a touch of honey (I know, I know!) quite tasty!
